What is OEM?
It is usually called”(Original Equipment Manufacturer) defination of OEM  “The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the “original” manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and resells them. However, the reseller is often the designer of the equipment, which is made to order. Many of the largest PC vendors are OEMs, including HP, Dell and Lenovo. The OEM often does not add anything to the equipment and merely brands it with its own logo. An “original design manufacturer” (ODM) is similar to a contract manufacturer, but typically owns the intellectual property (IP) for the product itself, while the regular contract manufacturer uses its customer’s designs and IP. OEM Services

Our OEM pre-designed tablets (as listed in our website) are ideal for those businesses that want to enter the market quickly with a product and at a lower cost. The OEM solutions address a broad market segment and can typically address most project needs through minor configuration changes. These include tablets for general consumer use, rugged industrial applications and applications such as home automation and telematics. ODM Services

ODM may be a little complex.Our ODM services are ideal for those customers interested in developing new products based on Android OS and for whom the standard off-the-shelf products do not address their project or market needs. For example, a project may involve the use of Android operating system as the main processing unit of an industrial controller, home appliance or medical device. In this case, the Android tablet PCBA board can be integrated external controller boards, sensors or display units via USB or other mechanisms so the the resulting device can leverage Android OS to deliver innovative functionality. The integration may require modification of the main PCBA to suit the individual needs of the project. The redesign effort may include PCBA re-layout, adding/removing components such as 3G, GPS, accelerometers and other sensors in order to meet specific functionality at a target price point.defination of OEM is a little different from ODM.
